TERMS AND CONDITIONS & RETURN POLICY

Vamp Me Cosmetics does not have refunds for any products purchased once payment has been made and been finalized.

For any exchange of your order for whatever reason, we are always willing to help you.

1. Exchanges within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Exchange policy:

• You may not return for exchange any discounted products.
• All returned for exchange items must still have tags on them and be in original condition and packaging.
• Returned for exchange items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to initiate a return for exchange: 

• Email vampmecosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and query for exchange.



How long it takes to receive your replacement product


• The customer will be liable for any shipping fees.
• The Customer will be liable for any return restocking fees.

Once the above has been done the customer will receive their replacement with 3 to 5 days.
